To buy a coupon:

Coupons can, if they are offered in the Shop, bought as normal articles. As soon as you have bought a coupon and it was activated after successful payment, the amount appears below your shopping cart icon. Now you can dispatch the desired amount with the link "send coupon" per E-Mail.

How to dispatch coupons:

In order to dispatch a coupon, please click the link "send coupon" in your shopping basket. For that, we need the following data: Pre- and surname of the receiver, a valid E-Mail address of the receiver, the desired amount (you can also dispatch partial amounts of your assets) and a short message to the receiver. Please check your data again before sending. You have the possibility to correct your data at any time before dispatching.

To buy with coupons:

As soon as you have assets, you can use it for paying your order. During the order procedure you have the possibility to encash your assets. If your assets are less than the value of goods you have to select your preferential way of payment for the difference. If your assets exceed the value of goods, you can use the remaining credit certainly for your next order.

To book coupons:

If you have received a coupon per E-Mail, you can book the amount as follows:
1. Click on the indicated link in the E-Mail. If you do not have a personal customer account yet, you have the possibility to open an account.
2. After you have put a product into the shopping cart, you can enter your coupon code there.
